Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tezi iOS application (“the app”). By downloading or using Tezi, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. License

Subject to these Terms and to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement, you are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Tezi on Apple devices you own or control. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.

2. What Tezi does

Tezi is a viewer for a TeslaMate server that you host and control. Tezi does not provide the server, the data, or any vehicle connectivity itself. You are responsible for operating your TeslaMate instance and for the accuracy of the data it produces.

3. Tezi Pro purchase

Tezi offers an optional one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase (“Tezi Pro”) that unlocks additional features. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation. Because it is a one-time purchase, it does not renew. You can restore a previous purchase on a new device using the “Restore Purchases” option. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with the App Store's terms.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use Tezi only for lawful purposes and only with servers and data you are authorized to access.

5. Disclaimer of warranty

Tezi is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that displayed data is accurate. Do not rely on Tezi for safety-critical decisions.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Tezi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

7. Not affiliated with Tesla or TeslaMate

Tezi is an independent product and is not affiliated with, authorized, sponsored, or endorsed by Tesla, Inc. or the TeslaMate open-source project. “Tesla” is a trademark of Tesla, Inc. All product names and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page, with the “last updated” date reflecting the latest revision.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your country of residence apply.
